Artist's Description

'REFLECTION' ~ Babs 2012

Loons bring us the message of reflection and diving into our emotional waters before we are strong enough to fly. They are most comfortable in the water (emotions) and very awkward on land. They fly strong only after months on the water singing, reflecting and nourishing themselves. They also remind us to pay special attention to our dreamtime.

About Barb Cote

Barb Cote

Barb Cote's deep love and respect for Mother Earth speaks loudly through her drawings. They are created from visions she receives from Spirit. She learned later in life that she is of Metis descent/Ojibwe lineage. It was like her whole life finally made sense. Barb is extremely proud to have the blood of her red Ancestors racing through her veins and fueling her soul. Barb was born and raised in the small town of Cobalt in Northern Ontario, Canada however has lived the most part of her life in Canada's Northwest Territories. She spends most of the year living a simple life in her off grid shack. Learn more about the Artist by visiting...
